We want to thank you for replacing your floors. We are extremely
pleased with our new floors; the kitchen and bath look wonderful. We
are also pleased with the professionalism displayed by you and your
staff during the process. You worked with the tile reps to help us
achieve our goal. Danielle was very knowledgeable when selecting our
tile. Joe was courteous, pleasant and meticulous while working to
lay down the tile. Thanks again, we couldn't be more pleased. We

I recently referred a friend to you for a tile job, for which you
sent me a thank you. I know thank you. My friend just lost her
husband suddenly and had to reschedule the job. This Monday, not
only did he show up on time for the job, but he took a shovel and
proceeded to clear her driveway of the several inches of snow that
